Epic PB Build Analyst / PB Claims Analyst

Position: Epic PB Build Analyst / PB Claims Analyst
Location: 85% Remote
Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential for FTE conversion

Travel Requirement: Travel is required only for Go-Live events and installations. Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed by the client.

Qualifications:

• Epic Resolute PB and/or PB Claims certification is required
• Experience with both PB Builds and PB Claims is highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst
• Ideally 3+ years of hands-on Epic PB module build experience
• Strong understanding of Epic application functionality, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• FQHC/Community Health or Community Connect experience is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting large, complex, multi-site, or nationally distributed healthcare organizations
• Experience with Epic Go-Live, implementation, or installation support
• Experience working within an Epic application maintenance environment
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
