Key Responsibilities:

Support batch & ad hoc member mailings.
Analyze existing functionality and assess impacts.
Gather and clarify business requirements.
Prepare requirement and technical documentation.
Perform QA/testing, data validation, and document results.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings.
Support healthcare applications and resolve production issues.

Required Skills:

Mandatory: Facets, SQL
Healthcare domain experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
