Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Program Manager with a strong background in P&C Insurance to lead large-scale Guidewire implementations and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience owning end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, leading large cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholders and delivery partners, and driving successful outcomes in a complex Agile environment.

Key Requirements:

12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Program/Delivery Management experience.

Proven experience leading large-scale Guidewire programs involving multiple projects/workstreams, from initiation through implementation and production.

Strong experience with Guidewire implementations or transformation programs, preferably across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or Guidewire Cloud.

Strong understanding of P&C Insurance and Policy Administration Systems, with Guidewire PolicyCenter experience preferred.

Experience leading large, cross-functional and globally distributed teams across technology, business, QA, data, DevOps, and third-party vendors.

Proven experience managing program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.

Strong experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience with enterprise data transformation, data migration, or data engineering programs is a plus.
