Role Description:
The Hosted Trial Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the hosted trial program. This role ensures that the program runs smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned, and participants have consistent, high-quality experiences.
The Program Manager will act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, driving accountability, transparency, and execution. This includes managing program workflows, tracking performance, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained, and delivering regular reporting on program health and outcomes.
A key focus of this role is to evaluate the current program structure, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that enhance scalability, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end hosted trial program lifecycle
- Coordinate across sales and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Facilitate recurring program status meetings and communications
- Track and report on key program metrics, including trial volume, conversion rate, and time-to-close
- Monitor program performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Evaluate and improve program workflows and process efficiency
- Work with SMEs to ensure accurate and up-to-date program documentation
- Ensure consistency and governance across the program
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Surface actionable recommendations based on data and program observations
- Support prioritization and execution of program improvement initiatives
- Manage program capacity and visibility (up to ~50 concurrent trials)
Essential Skillsets:
- Proven experience in program or project management
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience tracking and reporting on funnel metrics and performance KPIs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation and executive reporting
- High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
- Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a steady operational cadence
- Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline concepts (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Comfort working with basic intake and tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, dashboards)
