Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expected Shift: 8a-5p
- Interview Process: Virtual
- This position will oversee and manage the program, which will largely be delivered by a 3rd party vendor under a purchase/extended warranty (medical device as a service) agreement.
- The initial focus will be for the Southern California (SCAL) Market, with and possibility for expansion across all client markets over an approximately 24 month timeframe.
- Sr. Project Manager will partner with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) leadership, Sourcing, Patient Care Services (Nursing), and other key stakeholders to build and execute this initiative.
- Duration of assignment, Option to extend or convert to FTE? ~2 years
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience working with cross functional teams to implement new large scale business initiatives and strategies.
- Experience managing overall program planning, crafting executive communication, enterprise stakeholder engagement, program coordination and change management.
- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity to manage a large group of enterprise stakeholders to execute on highly visibility and high impact projects.
- Proven ability to determine key business issues and develop effective action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives.
- Certifications needed: PMP or other PM related certification preferred
