Key Responsibilities
Administer, optimize, and manage HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
Design and implement automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, and personalization.
Develop multi-channel engagement strategies across Email, SMS, and 1:1 communication channels.
Integrate HubSpot and marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM and customer data systems.
Manage lead lifecycle processes, campaign attribution, and marketing data flows.
Evaluate and implement MarTech solutions to support business and marketing objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with business, marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, MarTech, or Lifecycle Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Pardot, or Acoustic.
Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.
Experience with CDPs, identity resolution, mobile/SMS engagement, and AI-enabled marketing tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
