Key Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, and manage HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.

• Design and implement automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, and personalization.

• Develop multi-channel engagement strategies across Email, SMS, and 1:1 communication channels.

• Integrate HubSpot and marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM and customer data systems.

• Manage lead lifecycle processes, campaign attribution, and marketing data flows.

• Evaluate and implement MarTech solutions to support business and marketing objectives.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business, marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, MarTech, or Lifecycle Marketing.

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Pardot, or Acoustic.

• Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.

• Experience with CDPs, identity resolution, mobile/SMS engagement, and AI-enabled marketing tools is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
