Summary

MUST HAVES:

Experience in Communications
Experience with change management communications regarding LMS training programs
Self-starter / proactive (can identify problems and address them independently)
Ability to manage multiple, overlapping project plans concurrently
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and consistent follow-up regarding bandwidth and assigned work while reporting to two managers

Hard Skills / Software / Platforms:

Medical Device industry experience is not required. Communication experience and LMS experience are more important.
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Client uses ComplianceWire)
Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Smartsheet

Education / Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

Description:

Develops and implements strategies and programs to communicate the company s business objectives, culture and values to its employees. Partners with Project Management and other departments to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications. Designs, edits and oversees distribution of internal communication materials via company newsletters, intranet, emails/memos, webcasts, employee meetings, etc. Develops standards and guidelines for style and content. Evaluates fit with target audience to ensure comprehension. Implements metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plan delivery. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
