Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2–5 years of experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, including sites, pages, libraries, lists, permissions, and web parts.
Experience supporting end users and business stakeholders in a professional environment.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration and governance.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools.
Understanding of content governance, intranet best practices, and information architecture.
Experience supporting intranet modernization or migration projects.
