Seeking a Senior Software Lead Engineer with strong hands-on frontend, backend, and Azure cloud development experience to build and support healthcare applications and integrations.Serve as an Athena SME with expertise in Athena APIs, patient/provider workflows, scheduling, referrals, and EHR integrations.Strong technical ownership and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate healthcare workflows into scalable solutions.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare web applications across frontend and backend.Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party healthcare systems, including Athena.Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js / Next.js.Develop backend services using Node.js / C# .NET, with SQL/PostgreSQL databases.Build and deploy applications using Azure cloud services, CI/CD, and GitHub Enterprise.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive performance and reliability improvements.Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.Soft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.Ability to take technical ownership and work independently.Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business/clinical needs into technical solutions.Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
