This role will work on an existing MVC-based application environment and contribute to its ongoing modernization. The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure application-development experience, with the ability to build secure APIs, responsive user interfaces, and reliable integrations.
12+ years of professional software development experience.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support web applications using C#, .NET, MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL Server.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, integrations, and business workflows using C# and .NET.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET for backend and web application development.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Strong SQL development experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL.
Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure application services, such as App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, or Service Bus.
Familiarity with API authentication and authorization using Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or JWT-based authentication.
Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Experience working with microservices, distributed systems, or application modernization initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery models with strong problem-solving skills
