Overview
We are seeking a MuleSoft‑focused Full Stack Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery
for a modern integration and application ecosystem. This role requires deep hands‑on MuleSoft
expertise, combined with strong full‑stack development capabilities in TypeScript, React, and
Node-based backend services.
The Lead will guide a team of developers, collaborate with architects, and partner directly with
business and product stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint
Platform (APIs, flows, connectors, RAML/OAS, policies, CI/CD)
● Translate Figma designs and business requirements into scalable front-end and
backend implementations
● Architect and implement enterprise integrations, event-driven flows, API-led connectivity,
and reusable frameworks
● Oversee development best practices, code reviews, performance optimization, and
release processes
● Mentor and guide a team of full stack developers
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Security, Cloud Engineering)
● Ensure end-to-end quality, availability, and maintainability of applications and APIs
Required Skills & Experience
MuleSoft (Primary Skill Set)
● Proven expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager
● API-led architecture design (System, Process, Experience APIs)
● RAML/OAS modeling, API governance, security policies
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments
● Familiarity with MuleSoft best practices, error handling, logging, and observability
Frontend Skills
● TypeScript
● React + React Router 7
● CSS Modules
● Experience implementing UIs directly from Figma designs
● Familiarity with Vite/Vitest for FE testing
Backend Skills
● TypeScript (Node.js ecosystem)
● HAPI framework
● Temporal (workflow orchestration)
● DynamoDB, Redis, AWS S3
● Jest (backend unit testing)
Soft Skills
● Strong leadership and communication abilities
● Ability to guide technical decisions and drive delivery
● Experience interacting with business stakeholders
