Summary

MS Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager

Remote

Long term - W2 Contract

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical project deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Dynamics 365 CRM developers, solution architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams.
Drive implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or other CRM modules based on business needs.
Monitor project progress using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project status reviews.
Ensure successful integration of MS Dynamics CRM with enterprise applications such as ERP systems, Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and third-party applications.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular updates to executive leadership and clients.
Oversee testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, production releases, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery.
Promote best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, project governance, documentation, change management, and continuous process improvement while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
