The focus should be on candidates with strong administration, systems programming, middleware(CICS), storage, and z/OS platform management experience.
The Customer requirement is for 24*7 Support, US Prime Shift support is 8*5 and rest is on call support for the weekdays and weekends.
We do not need any Application Development profiles that are not aligned with these open infrastructure and administration roles.
