7+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe development and support.
Previous experience working on Caterpillar projects or environments is highly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and IMS.
Experience with batch processing, production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of Endevor, Changeman, File-AID, Abend-AID, and other mainframe utilities.
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and application support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to Peoria, IL.

Experience working with manufacturing or heavy equipment industry clients.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience integrating mainframe applications with distributed systems.
