Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Identity / IAM Architect with strong Okta expertise and a deep understanding of security, workflow, and identity management.

This role provides architectural leadership, drives the delivery of enterprise solutions, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services
Provide architectural oversight for new and enhanced security solutions
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Support design, development, testing, and deployment activities
Recommend and drive automation and process improvements
Ensure system stability and availability across IAM platforms
Execute on strategic direction for the business function
Lead complex initiatives and high-visibility programs
Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and productivity
Deep expertise in IAM/PAM and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
Strong knowledge of data security and cloud platforms

Okta Certified Administrator, Developer, and Consultant is highly preferred.
