Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OnBase Developer to lead and support enterprise content management (ECM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Hyland OnBase development, system configuration, integrations, and solution design. This role requires the ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Hyland OnBase solutions.
• Lead implementation of OnBase modules including Workflow, Unity Forms, and WorkView.
• Develop and support API integrations between OnBase and other enterprise systems.
• Write and maintain custom code using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase development and administration.
• Strong experience with Workflow, Unity Forms, WorkView, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with system architecture and enterprise-level implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
