Sr. Lead Consultant – Cloud
Position Summary
The Sr. Lead Consultant – Cloud serves as a senior functional lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management solutions. This role leads clients through the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of maintenance management processes and works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to deliver solutions that support effective asset maintenance and work management operations.
The position provides functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, advises clients on Oracle Cloud capabilities and leading practices, and coordinates Maintenance Management activities with related Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Asset Management functions. The Sr. Lead Consultant also provides guidance and mentoring to other consultants and supports practice development and sales activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management on implementation, migration, optimization, and support engagements.
- Lead client discovery, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management functionality to meet client business and operational requirements.
- Lead the design and optimization of maintenance processes, including work definitions, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance programs, scheduling, execution, and completion.
- Support maintenance activities involving labor, materials, resources, costs, and asset-related information.
- Advise clients on Oracle Cloud functionality, configuration options, leading practices, and opportunities for business process improvement.
- Evaluate requirements and identify impacts and dependencies across related Oracle Cloud applications, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Asset Management.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical resources on integrations, conversions, reports, extensions, and other solution requirements.
- Lead or support functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and production issues and coordinate resolution with client, functional, and technical resources.
- Develop and maintain functional designs, configuration documentation, process flows, test materials, and other project deliverables.
- Work with the Project Manager to monitor functional workstream activities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on Maintenance Management processes and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Provide functional direction, mentoring, and guidance to consultants and other project team members.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases, new functionality, and leading practices relevant to Maintenance Management and related applications.
- Support proposals, Statements of Work, estimates, demonstrations, sales presentations, and other practice development activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of ERP, enterprise applications, maintenance management, supply chain, or related consulting experience preferred.
- Significant hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Management.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a functional lead on full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management processes, including work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance programs, scheduling, materials, resources, and maintenance execution.
- Experience with related Oracle Cloud applications such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Asset Management.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to develop functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical and integration teams.
- Prior consulting experience required.
- Public sector experience preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
- Ability to travel based on client and project requirements.

Work Environment & Expectations
Work may be performed in an office, hybrid, or fully remote environment depending on client requirements and business needs. Travel may be required based on project assignments and client engagements. Extended hours may occasionally be required during critical project milestones, testing, deployment, go-live, or production stabilization activities.
