Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation for a public sector client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs and a proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional leadership, executive-level communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects for enterprise clients.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource planning.
Drive project governance, executive reporting, and steering committee meetings.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, and billing activities.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational governance.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise technology implementations.
Proven experience serving as the Project Manager for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Strong experience delivering large, multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
Previous experience managing Public Sector engagements is required.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with one of the Big Four consulting firms on large enterprise transformation programs.
Experience managing multiple vendors and large distributed project teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
