Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud PPM Delivery Architect / Lead Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking a strong Oracle ERP Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Delivery Architect who can join immediately, quickly integrate into the project, and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities from day one.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud PPM implementation experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to independently lead PPM functional activities throughout the complete implementation lifecycle.
Candidates must have completed at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and be able to demonstrate hands-on expertise across Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Execution Management, and related Oracle Cloud PPM modules.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle Cloud PPM implementation and support activities from requirements through production.
• Conduct business process workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM solutions based on business requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and solution demonstrations.
• Develop functional specifications and detailed solution documentation.
• Analyze existing systems and data to identify gaps, enhancements, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate unit testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and execute test scripts and support defect resolution.
• Lead go-live preparation, cutover activities, and post-production support.
• Work with Oracle Support to investigate and resolve service requests.
• Identify creative and innovative solutions to implementation and integration challenges.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Lead and coordinate project team members and client stakeholders.
• Independently manage multiple assignments and client expectations.
• Provide functional leadership throughout the complete software development/implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM implementation or support experience.
• At least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud PPM.
• Experience with Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Execution Management.
• Strong business process and functional consulting experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong fit-gap analysis and business process design experience.
• Experience leading CRPs and UAT.
• Strong Oracle Cloud functional configuration experience.
• Ability to lead the complete implementation lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred / Important Requirement
• Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management certification is required.
• Certification should have been obtained or renewed within the last two years.
• Candidates must be able to clearly explain their hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience during interviews.
