Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish P&C Licensed Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory for this role.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English – REQUIRED.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Agent License in the resident state.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior customer service or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable handling back-to-back calls while navigating multiple systems.
Ability to work flexible schedules within operating hours of 7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to accommodate schedule changes with short notice.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with goals related to:
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Average Handle Time (AHT)
- Quality
- Schedule adherence
- Productivity
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to complete a typing test (24 WPM / 80% accuracy) and other pre-employment assessments.
