Job Description The Tech Product Owner drives the implementation of an agentic hybrid quantum Decisioning application to transform telecommunications offer personalization, dynamic bundle creation, and real-time recommendations. This role oversees the integration of Quantum Annealing (QUBO) and Gate-Based Quantum Machine Learning into core decisioning pipelines, replacing linear Next Best Action ranking with combinatorial optimization. By converting business logic, propensities, and margin constraints into mathematical energy equations, the Product Owner ensures real-time hyper-targeted microsegmentation under strict millisecond SLAs. Key responsibilities include managing microservice architectures, champion/challenger experimentation, and eliminating offer conflicts to maximize revenue lift

.Background, Experience, Education & Skill Set

• Experience & Background
• 5+ years as a Product Owner leading enterprise decisioning platforms, AI/ML recommendation systems, or real-time optimization tools. Proven track record executing champion/challenger rollouts and managing high-throughput microservice integrations in telecommunications.
• Education:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Quantum Information Science, or a quantitative engineering field.
• Skill
• Set:Deep expertise in decisioning frameworks, Quantum Annealing (D-Wave, dimod), Gate-Based algorithms (QAOA, Qiskit, feature mapping), Python ML stacks, real-time SLA optimization, and formulating business constraints into mathematical QUBO structures for dynamic hyper-personalization.
