Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems analysis, or functional analysis, preferably with Pega implementations.
Strong understanding of Pega PRPC/Pega Platform, case management, workflow automation, and business process management.
Experience working on healthcare payer, provider, health insurance, or healthcare administration projects.
Knowledge of healthcare processes such as claims adjudication, member enrollment, eligibility verification, prior authorization, benefits administration, and provider data management.
Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Pega developers, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and implementation activities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
