- 15 years of overall experience in IT project management
- Proven experience managing medium to large enterprise projects
- Strong experience in Agile Scrum and or Waterfall delivery models
- Experience working with onsite offshore teams
- Hands on experience with project planning tracking and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC release management and delivery governance
Secondary Nice To Have Skills NOT MANDATORY - PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master certification
- Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise platform programs
- Exposure to cloudbased or largescale system implementations
- Experience in insurance BFSI or regulated domains
- Knowledge of financial tracking forecasting and contractSOW management
- Strong stakeholder management and client facing communication skills
- Good Presentation skills AI skills
