Role: Senior GTM Sourcer
Location: Fully Remote
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
Hours: 40 hours per week; no overtime or weekend work expected
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with medium possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs
Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior GTM Sourcer to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. This strategic sourcing professional will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-caliber passive talent across Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Field Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Revenue Operations.
The ideal candidate is a true sourcing expert with a strong background in talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, market intelligence, and advanced sourcing methodologies within high-growth technology or B2B SaaS organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and attract top passive talent for complex GTM roles.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and talent intelligence to uncover hard-to-find candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to understand hiring priorities, competencies, and workforce planning objectives.
- Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, competitor landscapes, and sourcing strategies.
Passive Candidate Engagement
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns that effectively communicate client’s employer value proposition.
- Engage and nurture passive candidates, converting qualified prospects into active talent pipelines.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Implement inclusive sourcing strategies that support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Build representative candidate pipelines across all GTM functions.
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping
- Conduct competitor and talent market research.
- Analyze hiring trends, talent movement, and industry benchmarks.
- Deliver actionable insights to recruiting teams and business stakeholders.
Candidate Qualification
- Perform initial candidate outreach and screening.
- Assess candidate experience, motivations, career goals, and alignment with role requirements before recruiter handoff.
ATS & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and key recruiting metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) functions within high-growth technology or B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven success sourcing talent across Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and related GTM disciplines.
- Advanced expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, talent mapping techniques, CRM platforms, and passive sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated experience building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling candidate outreach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage sourcing metrics and market data to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SaaS organizations.
- Background in Workforce Management (WFM) and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) industries.
- Experience with sourcing automation platforms, talent intelligence tools, and sourcing analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and candidate engagement tools.
