Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

SAP data archiving, document archiving, information lifecycle management.
Hands-on implementation and solution design experience with Serrala archiving solutions in SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Strong knowledge of SAP archiving objects, Archive Development Kit (ADK), Archive Information System (AIS), SAP ILM, retention rules, and data destruction controls.
Experience integrating Serrala with SAP content repositories, OpenText, SAP Content Server, or equivalent enterprise content management platforms.
Understanding of data volume management, database growth analysis, archiving job scheduling, dependency sequencing, and performance optimization.
Experience defining retention policies and meeting legal, audit, SOX, privacy, and records-management requirements.
Knowledge of S/4HANA conversion or transformation scenarios, including legacy data disposition, archived-data access, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and hypercare.
Ability to collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Basis, Security, Infrastructure, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams.
