Job Description:
- We have an active requirement for an experienced SAP IBP / APO Consultant to support an ongoing SAP Supply Chain Planning initiative.
- Looking for candidates with strong experience in SAP IBP and/or SAP APO. The requirement is open to Functional, Technical, and Techno-Functional consultants with experience across supply planning, demand planning, inventory planning, and supply chain processes.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in SAP IBP and/or SAP APO.
- Experience with SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response & Supply, and S&OP.
- Experience with SAP APO components such as DP, SNP, PP/DS, and APO CIF.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and S&OP processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP planning solutions.
- Experience with configuration, enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience working with business users, supply chain teams, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, or upgrade projects.
IBP / APO Technical & Integration Experience
- Knowledge of SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Experience with SAP IBP integration, data flows, master data, planning data, and interfaces.
- Experience with CPI-DS, SDI, or other SAP integration technologies is preferred.
- APO CIF experience and integration between APO and ECC/S/4HANA is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting planning data, integration, interfaces, and data replication issues.
- Knowledge of planning models, planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data.
- Experience with IBP Excel Add-In and planning views.
- Technical development/integration experience is a plus.
Functional / Techno-Functional Experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into IBP/APO solutions.
- Ability to work with functional and technical teams on solution design.
- Experience preparing functional/technical specifications and mapping documents.
- Experience supporting UAT, integration testing, data validation, and production issues.
- Ability to analyze both business process and system/integration issues.
- Experience working across SAP planning and related modules such as PP, MM, SD, and S/4HANA.
