Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT ERP Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in SAP APO and/or SAP IBP to support our Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive supply chain planning experience, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
This is not a pure functional planning role. We are looking for someone who can understand complex supply chain planning challenges, design solution architecture, and lead configuration and development efforts through implementation and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP.
At least two full lifecycle SAP APO and/or SAP IBP implementation projects.
Experience in solution design, architecture, configuration, and implementation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead implementation efforts.
Strong SAP APO expertise in Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), or SAP IBP expertise in Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
Knowledge of statistical forecasting, SNP heuristics and optimization, PP/DS detailed scheduling, supply heuristics, and inventory optimization.
Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations, CIF, OData, integration middleware, and supply chain planning data flows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse or comparable supply chain planning platforms.
Understanding of enterprise planning data flows, system integrations, and manufacturing processes.
Experience supporting global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
