Job Title: SAP IBP / APO Consultant – AMS Support
Location: Remote (occasional travel as needed)
Engagement: Application Management Services (AMS) with our implementation partner
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP/APO consultant to provide ongoing AMS support for supply chain planning solutions. You will work with one of our implementation partners and client teams to keep planning processes stable, optimized, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP IBP and/or APO modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory)
- Monitor planning runs, resolve incidents, and manage tickets within SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes and minor enhancements
- Support integrations (SAP ECC/S4HANA, CPI/CI-DS) and data issues
- Coordinate with business users, partner teams, and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP and/or APO
- Hands-on AMS/support experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to travel occasionally
