Position: SAP Supply Chain / PTM Consultant

SAP Supply Chain / PTM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain / PTM Consultant with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO. The consultant will support global supply chain, manufacturing, planning, warehouse, and logistics initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Supply Chain functional activities for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
- Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and develop functional solutions and specifications.
- Configure and support SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO.
- Support S/4HANA transformation/migration and SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transition activities.
- Work on production planning, MRP, demand planning, capacity planning, shop-floor control, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and quality processes.
- Support WM, RF, picking, put-away, transfer orders, handling units, and warehouse automation.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, APIs, and integrations.
- Support SAP integration with MES, LIMS, 3PL, EDI, engineering systems, and other third-party applications.
- Support SAP APO DP/SNP, CIF, forecasting, planning books, planning areas, and supply planning.
- Participate in testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, training, and post-production support.
- Coordinate with global/onshore/offshore teams and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM/WM/QM and integration with SD.
- SAP APO DP/SNP experience.
- Strong manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge.
- Experience with MRP, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Shop Floor Control.
- Experience with SAP interfaces, EDI, MES, 3PL, and third-party integrations.
- Strong requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred: Global SAP implementation/rollout experience, manufacturing industry experience, SAP certification, and experience leading SAP teams.
