Role : Salesforce QA Specialist with Life & Annuities Insurance domain

Duration : 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities
· Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and enhancements.
· Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
· Conduct Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Smoke Testing.
· Test Salesforce capabilities supporting distributor-based sales models, including:
· Bankassurance
· Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs)
· Retail/Agency Distribution Channels
· Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirements and validate business workflows.
· Validate integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems.
· Perform data validation and reconciliation activities involving enterprise data platforms and Salesforce.
· Defect identification, documentation, prioritization, and tracking through resolution.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
· Coordinate with development teams to ensure high-quality releases.
· Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities.
Required Qualifications
· 10+years of Quality Assurance experience.
· 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience, preferably within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, business processes, and integrations.
· Prior experience testing Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.

· Functional Testing
· SIT
· UAT
· Regression Testing
· Defect Management
· Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
