About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled CMS Developer/Architect to join our team and help us build fast, reliable, and scalable digital experiences.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of content management and modern web development. You’ll design content structures, build components, connect CMS platforms to front-end apps using APIs, and make life easier for content creators.
Whether working with headless systems like Contentstack or Contentful, or enterprise setups like Sitecore or AEM, your goal will be delivering clean code and seamless web performance.
What You’ll Do
Build & Integrate: Develop custom components, content models, and integrations between CMS backends and modern front-end frameworks (like React or Next.js).
Manage Data & APIs: Work heavily with REST APIs, GraphQL, and JSON to deliver dynamic content across sites and apps.
Migrate & Refactor: Help move legacy site content into modern headless or decoupled setups without breaking a sweat (or the site).
Optimize Content Operations: Fine-tune internal workflows, search indexing (like Solr or Algolia), and performance so marketing teams can publish easily.
Collaborate: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and product teams from design through launch.
What We’re Looking For
hands-on CMS development experience in enterprise environments.
Solid experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., Contentstack, Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or Strapi).
Strong front-end skills using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
Comfortable working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservice architectures.
Experience with CI/CD workflows, Git, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Vercel).
Good communication skills and a preference for clean, maintainable code.
Nice-to-Haves
Official CMS certifications (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore, Contentstack, or Adobe).
Hands-on experience with search indexing platforms (Solr, Azure Search, Algolia).
E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, SFCC, Commerce Layer).
