We are rebuilding our customer-facing applications from the ground up. Today, our applications are primarily built with a legacy Spring Boot + Thymeleaf architecture. Our goal is to evolve to a modern, scalable front-end platform that separates the user experience from backend services and embraces modern DevSecOps practices.
We''re looking for an experienced React engineer who can help lead this transformation. This is not a maintenance role—it is an opportunity to define the architecture, engineering standards, and development practices that will power our next generation of applications.
You''ll work closely with architects, backend engineers, DevOps, security, and product teams to build fast, secure, maintainable web applications while establishing best practices across the organization.
Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, Prettier
Help define the future front-end architecture, including component libraries, state management, routing, authentication, and API integration patterns.
Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, and security.
Integrate automated testing, static analysis, dependency scanning, and security validation into the development lifecycle.
Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
Help define the future front-end architecture, including component libraries, state management, routing, authentication, and API integration patterns.
Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, and security.
Integrate automated testing, static analysis, dependency scanning, and security validation into the development lifecycle.
