Demonstrated ability to translate operating experience into client-facing advisory and consulting deliverables. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders. " Preferred Skills Prior consulting experience a plus, but not required for candidates with strong operating backgrounds Responsibilities Brings hands-on operating experience in ticketing, sponsorship, and membership/donor revenue to client engagements. Advises client athletic departments on revenue strategy, pricing, and go-to-market approaches, translating real-world commercial experience into practical, data-driven recommendations. Contributes to the practice's proprietary revenue generation methodology, benchmarking assets, and business development efforts. Expected Deliverable(s) "Client Advisory & Engagement Delivery Advise client athletic departments on revenue strategy across ticketing, corporate partnerships/sponsorship, multimedia rights, licensing, retail, and merchandise, membership/donor development, and other traditional/non-traditional revenue streams for college athletics departments. Lead or support workstreams within broader engagements (e.g., financial analysis, organizational design, operating model reviews) focused on revenue generation. Develop data-driven recommendations on pricing, inventory management, and sales/retention strategy tailored to each client's market and conference context. Subject Matter Expertise & Content Development Serve as a go-to subject matter resource on revenue generation trends, benchmarks, and leading practices across collegiate athletics. Contribute frameworks, benchmarking data, and points of view that strengthen the practice's revenue generation methodology and IP. Business Development & Practice Growth Support proposal development and client pursuits related to revenue strategy engagements. Represent the practice in client conversations, industry conferences, and thought leadership. Team Support & Staffing Flexibility Mentor and support engagement teams on revenue generation methodology and analysis. Flex across multiple concurrent client engagements as staffing needs require.
