What You''ll Work On
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to initiatives that:
- Deliver personalized digital experiences based on user behavior and preferences.
- Develop AI-powered tools and intelligent user interactions.

- Modernize web platforms and applications using contemporary frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications and services.
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop enhancements for large-scale software systems.
- Create detailed technical specifications, documentation, and test plans.
- Develop new functionality using modern web technologies and engineering best practices.
- Modify and enhance existing applications while maintaining code quality and performance standards.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support software deployment, release management, and production implementations.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and post-implementation validation.
- Resolve software defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
- Experience supporting both modern and legacy production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
