You will act as an embedded consultant and technical program manager partnering with strategic enterprise accounts ("design partners") to stand up GenStudio within their content supply chains, lead pilot rollouts, and drive AI adoption. What You ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Lead Technical Client Engagements: Own end-to-end engagement delivery for strategic customers across pilots, rollouts, and early-stage scaling.
Manage Mutual Action Plans (MAPs): Establish program governance, timelines, scope, and key success metrics (adoption, campaign speed-to-market, performance lift).
Drive AI-Driven Adoption & Onboarding: Coordinate setup of marketing foundations (brand rules, personas), template conversions (Photoshop/Express to GenStudio), and user onboarding/training sessions.
Translate Marketing Use Cases into AI Workflows: Partner with client marketing and tech teams to turn performance marketing needs (variant testing, localization, ad refreshes) into scalable GenStudio workflows.
Serve as Field Voice to Product & Engineering: Collect structured client feedback regarding feature gaps, UX friction, and AI generation quality to directly influence engineering priorities and roadmap items.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
5 8+ years of experience in engagement management, technical program management, or client consulting for enterprise SaaS, digital marketing, or MarTech solutions.
Performance Marketing Fluency: Solid working knowledge of digital ad channels (paid social, display, email) and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Generative AI & MarTech Literacy: Familiarity with modern marketing stacks, Generative AI tools, and asset management workflows.
Technical & Product Aptitude: Comfort collaborating with product/engineering teams on data flows, template integrations, and tool capabilities (no heavy coding required, but strong technical literacy is expected).

Change Management: Proven ability to coach enterprise teams through software adoption, workflow changes, and operational shifts.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM / Adobe Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer, Campaign).
Prior experience in a Forward-Deployed, "Customer-Zero," or early-stage product delivery environment.
Background in digital agency operations, MarTech consulting, or enterprise customer success.
