Senior UiPath RPA Developer

Job Title: Senior UiPath RPA Developer (UiARD)

Location: US – Remote

Preferred: East Coast
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Work hands-on throughout the entire automation development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production deployment and support.
• Develop scalable and reusable automation components following UiPath best practices.
• Build solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and associated UiPath components.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web applications, and third-party systems.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop workflows with strong exception handling, logging, recovery, and monitoring capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues across development, testing, and production environments.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) who can independently design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise RPA solutions.

Required Skills

• UiPath UiARD certification required
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Reframe work
• Experience with RPA development, debugging, exception handling, and production support
• Strong VB.NET/C# and SQL skills
• Experience with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise integrations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be US-based and authorized to work in the US

Preferred

• Full-Stack Development experience is a major plus
• Experience with .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, REST APIs
• Azure/AWS and CI/CD experience

Ideal candidate: A true hands-on "doer" who can take ownership and deliver automation solutions independently. East Coast-based candidates are preferred.
