Role Summary
Designs, implements, and maintains complex, scalable automation solutions using RPA platforms. Provides technical leadership for automation development, establishes coding standards, supports RPA infrastructure and Orchestrator, performs code reviews, and collaborates with stakeholders to identify and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable RPA solutions.
Lead automation development activities and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Establish and enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.
Manage RPA infrastructure and orchestration capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and map business processes.
Support AI & Automation Support, including RPA, cognitive automation, automation development, testing, deployment, exception handling, monitoring, and sustainment.
Support client's RPA/Intelligent Automation platform, including UiPath Orchestrator / Automation Suite.
Support RPA Center of Excellence activities, reusable components, standards, onboarding, documentation, and governance guardrails.
Support Agile/SAFe RPA development activities, backlog management, Kanban boards, schedules, and roadmaps.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into automation solutions.
Support production automation monitoring, issue resolution, recovery procedures, audit logging, and access controls.
Support Section 508-compliant user-facing automation deliverables.


Experience (Mandatory)

At least 5 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Math, or related STEM field.
Strong programming skills.
Experience handling AI/ML integrations.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex and scalable RPA solutions.
Experience overseeing automation development teams and enforcing coding standards.
Experience with RPA infrastructure/Orchestrator.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Experience with automation lifecycle activities from development and testing through release and post-production support.
