Senior Veeva Vault Consultant
· Customized and configured Veeva Vault applications (Veeva CTMS, Veeva eTMF, Veeva Safety, Veeva SafetyDocs) to meet business requirements, including custom document types, objects, lifecycles, workflows, jobs, user roles, picklist, distribution/reporting rules, reports, dashboards, Vault Loader, MedDRA and WHO dictionary upgrades.
· Provided L1/L2/L3 production support for Veeva Vault applications (Veeva CTMS, Veeva eTMF, Veeva Safety, Veeva SafetyDocs).
· Handled incident, problem, change management in ServiceNow ensuring SLA compliance.
· Involved in workflow troubleshooting, user access administration, cloning environments, and permission set configurations across Veeva Vault applications.
· Partnered with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive system enhancements, and support successful execution of upgrades and new feature deployments.
· Ensured full compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal SOPs throughout system configuration, change control, and validation processes.
· Designed and implemented data extraction solutions using Veeva Vault API and Vault Query Language (VQL) to support reporting, analytics, and downstream integrations critical to pharmacovigilance and medical inquiry workflows.
