Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conga CPQ & CLM Technical/Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Conga Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong combination of functional consulting skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (QTC), CPQ, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Configure and implement Conga CPQ and CLM solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Conga and Salesforce technologies.
• Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, discounting, product bundles, and guided selling.
• Develop and customize contract templates, clause libraries, approval workflows, document generation, and e-signature integrations.
• Design and implement integrations between Conga, Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and third-party applications.
• Perform data migration, system configuration, testing, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to improve Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, user guides, and solution design documents.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, testing, and release management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Conga CPQ and/or Conga CLM solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Conga CPQ
  • Conga CLM
  • Conga Composer
  • Conga Contracts
  • Conga Document Generation
  • Conga Approvals
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience configuring pricing rules, product configuration, discounting, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
• Experience integrating Conga with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, workflows, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer certification.
• Conga CPQ and/or CLM certifications.
• Experience with DocuSign or Adobe Sign integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
