🚨 Now Hiring: ServiceNow Customer Success / Support Manager
📍 W2 Only | ❌ No C2C

We''re looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional who can serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers while driving exceptional support, service delivery, and customer success.

Required Skills:
✔️ 5–10 years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
✔️ Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation and platform capabilities.
✔️ Experience supporting enterprise/global ITSM environments.
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Release Management.
✔️ Experience using AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.

Nice to Have:
➕ ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or other certifications are a plus
