Job Description:

We''re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to join a dynamic marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing content strategy (50%) and hands-on content creation (50%), thrives in fast-paced environments, and can quickly turn cultural trends into engaging social content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor cultural and social trends to create timely, engaging content.
Write creative briefs and collaborate with internal creative teams to bring concepts to life.
Create, capture, edit, and publish content across major social platforms.
Manage and maintain the social content calendar.
Analyze campaign performance, leverage social listening insights, and continuously optimize content strategy.
Support live events and brand activations by creating real-time social content.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.

Experience:

5-7 years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation (approximately 50/50 split).
Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of channel best practices.
Ability to identify emerging trends and rapidly develop, brief, and execute social content.
Experience writing clear and effective creative briefs.
Hands-on experience creating, shooting, and editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience managing content calendars using Sprinklr or comparable social media management platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use performance metrics and social listening insights to optimize content.
Willingness to travel up to 5-25% for marketing activations, events, and content opportunities.
