Summary

Role: Software Deployment Specialist

Location: Travel to Rahway, NJ and West Point, PA for onsite support.

Duration: 5 months+ contract

Overview:

Support deployment and migration activities for the Agilent OpenLab CDS project.
Responsible for building and deploying AICs, executing system lifecycle documentation, supporting lab migrations, and troubleshooting deployment-related issues.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy AIC computers located in Rahway, West Point and other sites (remote support)
Complete validation package documentation (IQ/OQ) for review and approval.
Execute comprehensive checklists and test scripts.
Resolve AIC build-related issues.
Collaborate with project core and extended teams.

Required Experience:

2+ years supporting chromatography data systems and laboratory instrumentation within regulated environments.
Preferred experience supporting Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.x.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to travel to Rahway and West Point for onsite support.
