Location: Durham, North Carolina (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager. This role serves as the technical coordination point for complex projects and initiatives. The selected candidate will be accountable for ensuring deliverables from business and technology partners are produced on schedule and for managing allocated resources within the approved scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Ensure that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
- Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope.
- Mentor and provide feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field will be considered.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a related field is required.
Technical Skills: Experience with implementation, Workday (specifically Finance and HR), and executive stakeholder management is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple companies towards one goal.
- Previous BCBSNC experience.
