Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Payments team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience driving complex, large-scale technical programs within the payments domain.

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience at Google (Ex-Googlers preferred) who understand large-scale technology environments and can effectively collaborate with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive complex technical programs within the Payments organization.

• Partner closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.

• Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery of critical technical initiatives.

• Identify program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.

• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

• Communicate program status, progress, and key updates to senior leadership.

• Drive accountability and ensure successful delivery of technical initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven organization.

• Strong technical program management experience, preferably within Payments or financial technology.

• Experience managing complex engineering programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical discussions, dependencies, and architecture.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Experience driving programs from planning through execution and delivery.

• Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at Google (Ex-Googlers strongly preferred).

• Experience working on large-scale Payments platforms and initiatives.

• Experience working in complex, fast-paced technology environments.

We are specifically looking for Senior Technical Program Managers with strong technical and engineering program management experience.

• Business Analysts are NOT a fit.

• General Program Managers without technical program management experience are NOT a fit.

• Project Managers are NOT a fit.
