Farnsworth Group is seeking a technically focused
Sr. Engineering Manager in the posting locations below. In this role, you will provide engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects.

What You'll Do: - Engineer, support, and provide QC/QA for projects related to transportation planning and design
- Develop and mentor staff
- Collaborate with other disciplines
- Develop and maintain Client Relations
- Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
- Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company
What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program
- 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience working on and with DOT, County, and Local Agency projects
- Proven leadership skills with engineering staff
- Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects
- Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.
