Role Overview

The Lead Tableau Developer is responsible for guiding the creation of visually compelling, data‑driven solutions using Tableau. This role blends technical expertise in data visualization and business intelligence with leadership skills to manage projects, mentor staff, and align analytics objectives with organizational strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Create complex Tableau dashboards and reports, optimize existing ones, and ensure accurate, user‑friendly visualizations
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights
• Manage a team of developers/analysts, provide guidance on Tableau best practices, and foster continuous improvement
• Optimize Tableau reports for speed, usability, and scalability
• Establish and maintain data governance, visualization standards, and documentation
• Conduct training sessions for team members and share industry trends and new Tableau features

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years in data visualization/Business Intelligence, with strong Tableau expertise

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server

• Advanced SQL and data modeling

• ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
