Tech Product Owner ( Citizens/ Green C holders only)

Title: Tech Product Owner (Twilio)

Location: Remote – US (Preferred CST / EST / Canada)

Experience: 12+Years

Client Observation and inputs

• The key clarification is that the client wants a strong senior Product Owner first.
• Twilio is a plus, but not the primary filter. Client mentioned that none of the candidates we had presented so far had real product experience.
• Some were good and strong on technical but lacked PO experience which is the primary need.

Please recalibrate sourcing as follows:

• Senior Product Owner experience is mandatory
• Strong communication, ownership, and independent stakeholder management are critical
• Cloud voice / contact center / IVR experience is highly preferred
• Twilio experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Healthcare experience is not mandatory
• Please avoid PM, scrum master, or technical Twilio profiles without real product ownership experience.
