Summary
Title: Tech Product Owner (Twilio)
Location: Remote – US (Preferred CST / EST / Canada)
Experience: 12+Years
Client Observation and inputs
- The key clarification is that the client wants a strong senior Product Owner first.
- Twilio is a plus, but not the primary filter. Client mentioned that none of the candidates we had presented so far had real product experience.
- Some were good and strong on technical but lacked PO experience which is the primary need.
Please recalibrate sourcing as follows:
- Senior Product Owner experience is mandatory
- Strong communication, ownership, and independent stakeholder management are critical
- Cloud voice / contact center / IVR experience is highly preferred
- Twilio experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
- Healthcare experience is not mandatory
- Please avoid PM, scrum master, or technical Twilio profiles without real product ownership experience.
