Position: Technical Architect Healthcare Platforms (FHIR | .NET)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
W2 role only
Key Requirements:
12+ years of Software Engineering experience
5+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
Strong experience architecting large-scale Healthcare Platforms
Hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability
Experience integrating with Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar EHR/EMR platforms
Strong knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture
Expertise with Angular (10+/15+), Microsoft SQL Server, performance tuning, and scalability
Experience with Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Service BEvent Grid), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, healthcare data governance, and security best practices
Responsibilities:
- Assess and modernize existing healthcare platform architecture.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions.
- Lead FHIR-based integrations and healthcare interoperability initiatives.
- Drive performance optimization across Angular, .NET APIs, SQL Server, and infrastructure.
- Develop cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Define scalability, capacity planning, disaster recovery, caching, and observability strategies.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture governance standards.
